this just in….my dear friend Jen just posted some pictures of me and litte B! those that know me well, know that i NEVER get in front of the lens (i know, hypocritical for a photographer). but at Jen’s EXTREME urging, i let her snap a few shots of me and my girl…and i’m so glad she did. (i love you Jen!)
this is at the end of the day, just five days after miss B arrived. and all of my objections (my wrinkles! my dark circles! my hair!) seem so silly now… because i love love LOVE this picture of me and my babe. 🙂

funny thing…my first love has always been black and white photography. the first film ever processed was B&W. and at one point i might have even *gulp* staunchly declared i would never want to shoot color. if you follow my blog, you know that i’ve changed my tune a bit. 🙂 sometimes the color is so yummy, though, that i forget to show my favorite B&Ws. anyways, here’s one to prove my love…

is it really the middle of October already? good grief! the next thing you know it’ll be 2010!! speaking of, all sessions for 2010 are booked. for those who like to plan ahead, email your requests for the New Year…there are just two more dates available in January.
also, all orders must be placed by November 15th to guarantee arrival before Christmas. this includes cards, wall portraits, canvas and other specialty items. sorry, not pictures tonight. but hold onto your hats for the gorgeous little munchkins to come!
