For all those who participated in this year’s Fall Mini Session Event….for everyone who braved the heat…the parents who made it happen…and the children who made my day with their sweet spirits, smiles and antics:  THANK YOU!!!

You have made a difference…

…in the life of a boy and his family.  I just heard from Jack’s Helping Hand that TODAY the money from the Fall Mini Session Event was used to purchase a customized wheelchair ‘with all the bells and whistles’ for a boy in our community struggling with CP.  How amazing is that?!?

So often I feel like my donations and contributions are so tiny compared with all the needs in the world.  And rarely does one hear of exactly HOW moneys are used. But today is a different day.  And it makes my heart soar!

Again, thank you EVERYONE who participated and helped make it happen!

FALL MINI SESSION EVENT | 2010

***update:  the Fall Mini Session Event is completely booked!  (now the fun starts!)***

Announcing the 2nd Annual Fall Mini Session Event!  I’m so excited about the Mini’s this year as we’ll be contributing to the amazing work of  Jack’s Helping Hand in our community.  What is a ‘Mini’?  It’s a shorter version of our children’s portrait session.  Designed and planned to capture images just in time for Christmas, the session includes the entire family.  Not just kiddos!  These are only offered once every couple of years AND it books incredibly fast.  Currently there are just 3 spots left.  To reserver your Mini Session, just email us as soon as possible.

  • Please write ‘fall mini sessions’ in the Subject line
  • Include the number of individuals
  • Indicate the ages of children
  • Note:  session includes up to 3 children ($25 per additional child)

in case you hadn’t heard, the maksoudian family is expanding by one!   at the moment, I am the one who has expanded…but give us another 10 days or so and hopefully our new little girlie will be in our arms, and not under my ribs.  🙂

that said, i’ve mentioned to all december/january clients that i’ll be taking February and March off to be with our newest member of the family.  the studio will be closed during this time.  however, i will be checking voiceemail and email once a week.  if you need to reach me, please don’t hesitate to call or write…but please be patient if it takes a few days to respond. (sleep deprivation can be cruel!)

of course, i’ll try to post an image or two during the next couple of months…so stay tuned!
