i finally downloaded some cards and proofed my first pictures of baby B! not that i haven’t shot hundreds of frames…i figure i should spend my time shooting now and get to the proofing later. there will always be time later, right?!? 🙂

this just in….my dear friend Jen just posted some pictures of me and litte B! those that know me well, know that i NEVER get in front of the lens (i know, hypocritical for a photographer). but at Jen’s EXTREME urging, i let her snap a few shots of me and my girl…and i’m so glad she did. (i love you Jen!)
this is at the end of the day, just five days after miss B arrived. and all of my objections (my wrinkles! my dark circles! my hair!) seem so silly now… because i love love LOVE this picture of me and my babe. 🙂

and not a moment too soon! 🙂 meet the newest member of the Maksoudian family…baby B. we spent the past two days with my dear friends Jen Wilson and Raye Law capturing the first days of my baby girl. (yes, it REALLY IS A GIRL!) miss Raye calls this picture ‘the spice’ of what little girls are made of. and although she just landed back in arkansas a few hours ago, she’s already downloaded and processed her images! it will be days if not weeks before i get a chance to process anything myself, but i’m so thankful that my girlfriends were here to forever remember the perfection of little B. now if there were some way to bottle up the sweet breath, the yummy smell, and the incredible softness of her brand new skin. 🙂
